Despite several attempts to repair the existing bitumen roof membrane, it had not been possible to find a lasting solution to the many leaks in the roof. Water leakage had caused many problems with equipment in the control rooms below.
In order to eliminate these problems completely, it was decided to use BASF’s spray applied, monolithic CONIROOF waterproofing system. Because of the spray application, it was possible to ensure that all the details and penetrations were reliably and durably sealed.
