Cork Airport Hotel
The flat roof at the new 154-bedroom, 4-star Cork Airport Hotel in Ireland needed a waterproof membrane that could accommodate a range of unusual shapes and penetrations. Speed of installation was an important factor to allow other trades to start work in dry conditions. As the roof could be accessed by hotel guests from the upstairs lobby area, the surface also had to provide a safe and durable surface for foot traffic. The solution selected for this project was the CONIROOF inverted system, which could be combined with hard paving.
