China Hong Kong City Office Towers
The tower block buildings were completed 17 years ago and are located in Hong Kong's main shopping and business area. Currently they are fully occupied.
The original roof waterproofing system was a sheet membrane protected by large roofing tiles. This system failed after a few years and 5 years ago an acrylic waterproofing membrane was applied in an attempt to fix the problem. It did not take too long before the roof started leaking again so the owner opted to have the roof completely coated with a spray applied CONIROOF waterproofing system.
